Working with property managers and contractors

We handle cleanup and mitigation on residential, commercial, and multi unit properties, and we work directly with the property manager or general contractor when that is who is running the job.

What you get from us

• Written scope of work. You know what we are doing before we start, and you have it in writing.
• Photos before, during, and after. We document the damage as we found it and the work as it progresses.
• Moisture logs. On water jobs, we record moisture readings so you and the adjuster can see when the structure is dry.

These are ready to hand to an adjuster or to the crew doing the next phase.

How we work with you

• One point of contact. Tell us who is in charge of the job and we coordinate with that person.
• Tenant access. We can arrange access with tenants or on site staff if you cannot be there.
• Multi unit and commercial. We work on apartments, rowhomes, mixed use buildings, and commercial spaces, not just single family homes.
• Ready for the next phase. We do the cleanup, demolition, drying, and treatment, then hand the property back to you ready for whatever comes next.
