Damage cleanup and mitigation in Philadelphia

Most of our fire work is in Philadelphia rowhomes. We are close to Northeast Philly and we know how these houses are built: shared walls, brick, plaster, and basements that connect to the neighbor's.

Neighborhoods we work in

Northeast Philadelphia first: Mayfair, Tacony, Holmesburg, Frankford, Bustleton, Somerton, and Fox Chase. We also take jobs across the city, including North Philadelphia, Kensington, Port Richmond, Fishtown, and South Philadelphia.

What we see most in Philadelphia

• Rowhome fires. We board up the openings the fire department made, remove damaged contents, take the burned rooms down to the framing, and clean smoke residue from the rest of the house. We also check the neighbor's side for smoke and water.
• Water from the unit above. In apartments and converted rowhomes, a leak upstairs becomes a ceiling collapse downstairs. We extract, remove wet material, and dry both units.
• Vacant and investor owned properties. We board up, clear out, and document for the owner and the adjuster, and we can coordinate access with a property manager or a contractor.
• Basement backups after heavy rain. Extraction, removal of affected materials, and drying.
